Oh, right! I forgot to put her, haha. The ranking now is: Twilight, Rainbow, Rarity, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Pinkie. And maybe you are being a little bit conspiranoic, I don’t know if it was made in this way for a specific purpose or it’s just a curious fact, but anyway, it’s interesting!

Smart theory. My take on this is that what you refer was made on purpose back on pre-production for marketing reasons. Or am I being a conspiranoic of sorts?

As last thing (including: sorry for my not so good english), if this image were RD or Twilight, it would have a lot more upvotes than now.

This is barely related with this image, but after uploading tons of gifs from past episodes (practically I have finished S1 and S2), I saw something interesting. The ponies unconsciously favourites considering how much upvotes has in a lapse of time are in this order: Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie.
 
I think that this is because that the “facial” structure of each one gives to us more adorability, included the hair, everything counts. Also, these first 3 ponies usually have more gags or more visually interesting scenes than the other ones. Pinkie for example is too predictable, so it’s not so impressive.
 
This is a general observation which I made in 3 months doing this, probably you don’t feel identified, and maybe I’m wrong but as I said, it’s a personal observation.
