Sword of the Sun - A blade forged by Canterlot’s top smiths. She requested that the hilt have demonic horns. A reminder to know the limits of power and good intentions.

Shield of the Star - A shield made with purple jewels encrusted in them. The smiths thought hem an odd request, but she simply told them that they reminded her of her darker…almost nightmarish years. A stern lesson in protecting others does no good if the protector throws her life (or sanity) away. She takes comfort knowing that even if she fell, her students and sister will catch her. Most of her sword techniques utilize her shield or flat of the sword to neutralize the enemy, rather than land the killing blow. Not that she’s against killing, but she really tries her best to avoid it.
