It was a water bottle. Room is dark, you see his silhouette standing on the bed,a zipper unzips, hear water start to hit the bed. Girls turn on the light and see Mojo Jojo standing there wearing an unzipped fanny pack and holding a water bottle. Blossom thinks he was trying to get the PPG to start doubting themselves by making them think they were wetting the bed. He says no, he just did it because he hates them and starts laughing so hard that he wets himself.
 
Stuff like this is why PPG was such an amazing show XD

Also the ironic thing is, it takes a certain amount of energy to gather the willpower to pull yourself off of whatever you’re doing and go to bed, but if you’re too tired to gather that willpower to stop, then you’re ironically too tired to go to bed…

People never seem to stop being surprised at this, but it’s actually kind of funny because there’s stuff hidden like this in just about every “cartoon”, ever. And it works perfectly fine ‘cause younger kids don’t get it.
 
Heck, I saw Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail probably at least six times before turning 12, and I never understood the “Galahad in the castle Anthrax” scene, even after I learned “the facts of life,” because I wouldn’t even learn about fetishes like that until much later.
 
If Galahad in a castle full of “Celebate” nuns who haven’t seen a man in years, then a noble knight comes in, and they all start begging him to spank them went completely over my young head, then I’m sure you could put almost anything in cartoons and kids won’t catch it.
 
But adults catch most of it and stop it…
 

 
But anyways, again: I really doubt this frame was intentional. Just a bunch of random electric things hitting her everywhere. Okay, maybe someone manually did that one for one or three frames, but just because one happens to land there doesn’t prove to me that anyone did it on purpose.

No crap - she was swimming! Of course it was wet, her entire body was wet. That happens when you jump in a lake. You get wet. All of you.
 
Similarly, if you throw in an animation of lightning thingies hitting her everywhere, it’d be odd if one didn’t happen to land in that region.
