@Whirlguy
What? You act as if there’s two identical Twilights, but it’s the same Twilight, half in, half out.
Also, that’s just the uncanny valley result of a cartoon horse in the real world being translated directly without any modification to better suit what makes physical sense for a biological being in the real world. The cartoon style doesn’t fit because it’s a cartoon style meant for 2D, not 3D, so it’s unnatural, and therefore feels wrong.
Both of them look amazing. Both Twilights would have identical personalities, traits, everything, only one is 3D and the other is cartoony. Both are great mares in their own right, I’d love to meet both, and I’m sure that both would look amazing in their respective style. It should look so right…
Truly, very unique and very cool. I love the original and I would love to see both in an even higher resolution. The interpretation of the eye in particular is fascinating. This must have taken quite a while and a lot of talent. Kudos.

So why does it look and feel so wrong?

I want to send this to everyone who says that they a cartoon character in real life.

Well,that too sweatdrop
so, the fact that she’s trapped half in and half outside of a picture isn’t what makes it disturbing?
