By the way, while the “wrist” can probably bend this way, you’re seemingly confusing it for the “elbow”. Elbow-joint on ponies is up there, level with the chest (same as knee-joint is next to the cutie mark). It not being utilized means the forelegs look weird, like they have one joint instead of two proper.
Floofy ponies are best ponies :D
