This doesn’t look uncanny to me personally. They look cute to me.
but I’m biased I hate anthro and I ship Rainbow with Fleetfoot instead.
||Like 90% of anthro ends up Uncanny to me. There are some exceptions, but they’re rare. ||

Should bird wings be at the center of gravity? They’re quite a bit different from plane wings, in that they provide thrust and have massive amount of rapid fine and broad control, and can wildly alter their orientation and aerodynamic properties.

if humans had wings they’d be attached to the lower back because that’s where the center of gravity is
the only reason it looks weird is because we’re conditioned to think they’d be attached to the shoulder blades
i personally like it when artists draw wings on the lower back; it’s a unique sight and makes a lot of sense
EDIT: though actually dash’s wings should be huuuuuuge if the artist is going for realism. something something 16-foot wingspan

Red/brown.
A patch of dirt on one of the Stalkerloo panels looked too red or something (also red/brown so I couldn’t tell).
I know, it goes to show how you can overcome anything.
