Easy, with so much weight on her body, all that is pretty much gonna act like weights strapped to her limps, movement in this stage of obesity is difficult, but not impossible. It’s just exceptionally exhausting, with so much weight, just moving her arms would be sweat inducing, while it won’t build muscle it’ll definitely burn away the fat
 
One method is, a handlebar secured to the ceiling that she can try and grab onto, the attempt itself is exercise enough.
 
As for dieting, as long as she eats enough calories to keep all the vital parts of her body going, the body will do the rest, where her appetite to this point have pretty much been non-stop eating, her body is used to constant food to run on, take that away and the body will start to burn all the excessive body mass for fuel as it thinks there’s no more food to run on.

Dam i was hoping to see Applejack end up the same size and weight as Rarity. Both of them stuck as huge fat lovers.

Seems like it’s the maximum she reached. Then again, given that the girls’ weights have been going up and down (especially Applejack’s)…

I wonder how long it will take for Applejack to join her girlfriend in immobility. By the time that happens, I think Rarity will probably be even more massive. I doubt she’ll be able to keep her appetite in control for too long.

Valentines 2020 she was 650, and in the past year she has more than doubled her weight. An impressive gain. Quarantine has done her body well.
