In all seriousness, it’s fairly easy to edit it yourself in something like GIMP - just don’t spread it around when you’re done, artists don’t appreciate that. Using ‘soft light’ with a gray tone slightly darker than the midpoint between white and black can give it the darkened look of a soaked diaper (or a soaked spot on the diaper); use a harder (but not completely hard) edge to make the wet area more apparent. Soft light with 10% transparency or so, set to yellow, and with soft edges - that can give you the color, but use it sparingly.
Depending on what he ate, you may get more than the BP requested.
