Well, it depends, really. Applejack, Fluttershy, and Pinkie would all get their shit rocked, Rainbow Dash would stand a chance but probably lose for lack of skill, Rarity would gemhack them into submission, and Twilight would eke out a hard won victory...unless Garnet fused with the Crystal Heart and became Super Garnet. :3
Naturally, this leaves Peridot vs Spike in a one on one death match on the peaks of Barad-Dur.
