Yeah, I always thought if Shining wasn’t already with Cadence, Rarity would be all over him. Captain of the Royal Guard is just about as good as a prince, and he’s a lot nicer than Blueblood was to her.

Uh… loli has more explicit connotations to it, being an abbreviation of lolicon, which is a bastardized derivation of Lolita Complex.
It’s generally understood that if you say loli, it means that there’s a sexual component to your appreciation. Otherwise you’d just call them a young girl or something.
It’s kind of like the difference between calling something a “cartoon character” versus a “furry”.

A loli. A character that either is a little girl or looks enough like one, usually looking between the ages of 7 to 14, to be considered as such. Depending on the medium, the loli can be put in either innocent or not so innocent light. I personally like both.
