Hmmm, in my experience the head being pony vs human doesn’t affect the mod’s decisions too much. If the character has an otherwise under-age and has a nearly-human body, then the head probably won’t stop the image from being removed (I think).

The rules on this are a bit fuzzy, but the gist boils down to how human the characters look. Most of Lumi’s drawings feature non-human limbs (so hoof feet or something similar) which the mods think are far enough from standard human anatomy that they’re legal in places like the UK.
 
Her most recent pic… well, we’ll see if it survives. The mods don’t see every image posted on this site, so if people don’t report these, they can slip through the cracks.

Something to do with British law and underwear, not too sure of the details, but under this principle most anime with pantyshots and the Simpsons episodes Lisa the Beauty Queen and Girls Just Wanna Have Sums are technically banned there, even if they actually aren’t. It got even worse after the whole Jimmy Savile thing.
