Hmm… on the internet, definitely stuff by BSP. They made a 13’ snake monster-girl. But admittedly, most of that length came from it being a snake, so that had an unfair disadvantage, haha.
 
BSP also made an 8’ renamon, so that was definitely big. Also made a couple of anthro ponies that were a foot or so taller than Tavi, though you wouldn’t be able to easily tell from the pictures.
 
For plushies I’ve seen in person, Tavi’s the biggest. But I have some Animal Alley horse plushies which are about 4’ long, so they’re nice and big, too.

Well, BSP won’t be reopening commissions until the end of the year, so you’ll have a nice buffer period after Celestia’s finished to either resist or crumble ;)
 
BSP did a really nice 4’ anthro Luna a couple of months back, and a lovely 6.5’ anthro Nightmare Moon way before that (who I actually based some of Tavi’s design off!) so I’m very curious how that’ll translate into a 7’ Celly.

Funny you should say that - BSP has an anthro Celestia coming up in June! I myself am extremely interested in it, Celestia is easily one of my favourite ponies.

I’ll admit that seems to be where my thoughts are going as well. All the maker of these has to do is make a Celestia version and that’s it, the giant plushies will have taken control of me.
