My headcannon is that his horn is to Sombra what a phylactery is to a lich. Until the horn itself is destroyed, Sombra can always (eventually) regenerate.
In the last scene we saw his horn fly of into the distance so… resurrection maybe.

Eh, like they wouldn’t bring him back in the canon show if they felt they had a good story to tell out of it. If anyone had a backup resurrection plan, it’d be a bad guy like Sombra.
