MLP Humanization Concept Reference Sheet II: Garde
Exposed to the mana since birth from the ancient times human parent, they spawned a new breed of humans with supernatural abilities and doubled lifespan. They are very recognizable of the jewel silhouette of their mark’s major (unless it’s just one shape) shape on both of their palm as their magic caster which extends to the forehand & end with only the not-jewel silhouette and on their forehead.
NOTE: The race name taken from the term used in The Lorien Legacy (if don’t know what that book series was, try I Am Number Four, it’s the series’ 1st book & the 1st to be made film), the idea of the jewel on the forehead is from Vision in Age of Ultron having the mind stone placed on his forehead and that he shoot laser out of it, the magic caster on each palm is my own idea.Funny thing: I was reconsidering to use the word “Seijin” instead after re-reading “Skyland”‘s wikia and from Wikipedia, but I still persist on “garde” cuz I want to see if there’ll be IAN4 after I mentioned it
