You can safely assume the same from me, since I quote from older songs as well, 50s, 60s, 70s…and have on occasion referenced songs even older, from the 30s and 40s. I think in terms of music and lyrics and poems, so almost any word or phrase will bring some song or poem to mind.

I had watched A Hard Day’s Night, but that was years ago, and I don’t remember this song. I didn’t even recognize it as a Beatles song.
Those lyrics made me think of another song, ‘Dance With Me’ by Orleans.

If you’ve never heard it, then that’s okay. They literally have hundreds of songs. There’s a quite a few I’d never heard until I was an adult.
(I screwed up the lyrics a little, but to be honest I haven’t watched A Hard Day’s Night in years.)
I thought it would have been a song but it seems to fit nicely here as a poem.
I didn’t write it. Unless you meant it’s a beautiful song, in which case, …yeah I guess? The Four have a lot of songs and it’s a solid piece, but as an adult I tend to prefer the psychedelic era and find their early work a little campy.
