This is probably the only time I’ve ever felt sympathy towards a villainess that wasn’t already one having been born out of not only that nasty old hag-witch Cinch, the sheer incompetence of Dean Cadence added in with no action on Shining Armor’s part plus the Shadowdolts and Sunset yelling at her throughout the whole movie along with poor Sci-Twi being so lonely, withdrawn and shunned by her fellow students just because she was a brainiac, though I should add that she could have told someone. If I was in that scene I would have walked up to her, took her hands in mine, and told her “Hey, don’t beat yourself up. That old crone Cinch and the rest of your Shadowdolt teammates pressured you into releasing the magic you captured and turned you into that “monster”. Oh, and I’d be glad to be your friend too, along with the rest of the Humane 6.”

There’s no such thing as a bad student, only a bad teacher. And Sci-Twilight had one of the worst teachers in history.
