From thumbnail I thought she had like a giant beetle with partly opened shell wings sliding butt first down the very long neck.

I didn’t notice that, it’s meant to be her lower body is huge and this makes it seem like the upper body is smaller than normal instead. Maybe they just grow really big apples on Applejack’s farm?
