Well actually this scene shows that this changing screen is just for quick clothing. Nothing more.

Another example of what I’ve been saying about ponies and nudity: Ponies walk around with no clothes on all the time, yet Rarity’s boutique has changing screens. Now why is that?
 
For ponies, apparently neither wearing clothes nor not wearing clothes is considered lewd. Putting clothes ON or taking them OFF, however, is. Otherwise, why would they hide themselves while changing?
 
This is a combination of a couple of old funny-animal tropes, Fur is Clothing and Nonhumans Lack Attributes. So long as a pony doesn’t call attention to the fact that they’re not wearing clothes, we assume their coats act as such.
