The hooves of the japanese fursuits are basicly just mittens and they have a long string attached to the zipper on the back, they can change on their own.

Yeah, all fursuits have removable heads. Most suits have removable paws and unzip at the back or the front, but these are not fur, so it looks like they opted out of the removable hooves to preserve the look of the suit.  
A smart suiter will have a helper to not only get them into and out of the suit, but to escort them around while their vision is bad in the suit, prevent people from glomping the suiter, and make sure the suiter drinks.

All japanese pony fursuits have buttwings when they do have wings. They said it is in order to not distract from and focus on the apparently “erotic” bodyshape.

looks like the heads come off and you slip out of them if I had to guess.

so how do they take off those suits without any hands?

yawns, gets out of bed, scratches belly, puts on bathrobe, goes out to back porch to take in the air
