So this is what Tree Hugger looks like when she isn’t hitting the Mary Jane.
Although the image’s tag says Tree Hugger, she does not appear in this episode.
She is. In Make New Friends but Keep Discord, Fluttershy says she had met Tree Hugger while they were observing the Breezie migration. I’ve personally met a lot interesting people while birdwatching.

She didn’t have the wings in the previous shot. Maybe Chrysalis decided to pick a pony who already has green eyes, but she’s having trouble remembering the accessories.
Until proven otherwise, I’m going with “there will be changelings in the background leading up to the finale, like Glimmer last season.”
