I know blueblood’s positive actions speak louder than his words. But nobody who’s used to being a jerk can change completely overnight. Blueblood might be acting better with blue collar ponies, but I’m not surprised he’s still being rude to his fellow royals.

Priorities
While I do think that BB here deserves to be rent in twain from tail to muzzle, Twilight does make this apology seem as if she’s doing this because of her station instead of how she feels completely torn up about whatever little relationship she has/had/will have with Blueblood.
