No no, Miss Eri is the pony parent. But you’re otherwise correct.
I think it’s pretty normal for OC offspring the be tagged with their parent characters, so they can easily be searched that way. Most satyrs are tagged that way.
I see, I see. So, Miss Eri (who is not in the picture), is a human and also the mother of these two satyrs (who are in the picture).
So, now I just don’t get why Miss Eri is tagged at all, just by being their mother. It may just be me mistaken, but I thought it was the “Tag what you see” kinda rule going on, on this site. I mean, Twilight has a mother, but she doesn’t get a tag in every Twilight picture.
Again, I might be missing something, but regardless, thank you for the patience and for all the information. You’ve been really helpful to satisfy my curiosity.
Bella and Hiki, the two pictured, are both satyrs, the children of Miss Eri who is the third tagged character, and a human.
Most satyrs, unless otherwise noted, have Anon/Femanon as their human parent. This is largely a stand-in for the viewer, and satyr-settings are variable, and can have a single anon with a family, a single anon with a herd and several offspring, sever or tons of anons with monogamous families, or several humans with herds. Whatever floats your boat.
Alright dude/dudette, sorry to keep bothering you, but damn… it makes more sense now, but I am still confused.
From the tags, I see the left girl is Hiki. I assume she counts as one person?
Then on the right we have Bella? Who is a human? But have the legs of Miss Eri? Thus implying the third character?
I feel like I am missing something and that I’m an idiot for not getting it…
In this context, a satyr is the half breed result of a human and any mlp-species going at it.
These to are the children of an Anon and the OC Miss Eri. But since they’re drawn from the waist up, you can’t see their horse legs.
I still don’t… I know what a satyr is, but “mother character”? Is it like an… alter ego/Spilt Personality Disorder sorta thing? Two people muted into one?
