Yeah, the commissioner first told me to draw Rarity dressing Luna up, sorta like she did to Twi in the first episode, amd Twi would be all grumpy and jealous in the back. Then he came back a few later and changed it to measuring her and said to make just a little suggestive.
 
He liked the result a lot so he had Tsitra remake it. Filthy shipping enabler <3
