So I tried doing a Helium Pony.  
Pretty much came out as a regular pony that looks kinda blurry~ =P  
 
I imagine him as being a pathetic villain, constantly trying to intimidate ponies but failing because he has the high-pitched “helium voice”. And used to be partners with your Bomb pony before she reformed~
 
Anywho, I made an attempt so… Yeah, there ya go.  
[Originally I was going to try doing a Plasma ball pony, with his head being clear and his brain being the center part where the lightning comes from, but that proved FAR too complicated~]
 
As for my request: Police Stun-gun Pony~

So is this like one of Twilight’s biological parents or something?
