I don’t remember filly Fluttershy being that tall though, she was just kinda lanky like Snails.
Pretty sure she’s working there for free, or possibly for allowance or something from her dad. Plus she’s no taller than how tall Fluttershy was when she was a kid.
And if she is really an employee, ponies do work earlier than humans. Twilight and the gang are pretty young for having full-time jobs.
She’s probably 15 or 16 if she can be legally hired. She’s also noticeably taller then the “kid” characters. Still, won’t stop the ‘shippers.
