That part of the song sounds like it’s referring to Equestria being a magical land itself. Note that her line is about magic making dreams and wishes come true - but the picture we see here isn’t actually of unicorns. They’re pegasi.
In all honesty, if humans had access to magic I think we’d be extinct.
This line makes me incredibly sad because our world doesn’t have Equestrian magic like that :q
