Being an artist is very much like playing an RPG. Enemies 1-hit kill you early on and you want to give up straight away. But if you can persevere you’ll go up 5 levels in an hour. Starting at level 1 is great, because every drawing you make gets you so much XP! It’s those at level 30 that you envy so much, that have the hardest time. Leveling is so slow once you’re that high up. It can start to feel like you’re not even progressing. It is always great to look back and remind yourself, you are always better than you were, and you will always get better, so long as you keep trying.

See THIS is why I tell some people to keep drawing even if there not as good as some other people. Because soon you will get good!
