Seriously? This book really is canon! Don’t you get it?!
Who cares. The HuMane 5 plus Sunset Shimmer, both versions of Twilight Sparkle and both versions of Spike really were consistent throughout the whole entire Equestria Girls spin-off!
Probably been commented on like 5 times already
What does “Curiosity” (capital “C”) have to do with this?
Yes but that does not show anything that is not canon
This is not even canon because that has nothing to do with the actual show nor the characters. They don’t actually have secret crushes and is for Curiosity and metaphors
We know that this book is not canonical, the only books of equestria girls and mlp that are canonical are those that hasbro associated with little, brown and company.
Mentioning you’re her fiancé is relevant since it shows how you know this :q
I’m so happy you like her writing! You have NO IDEA how much that brightens her mood, and it means so much to her. Thank you so much for enjoying, and reading her content. She’s sure to write more. Nyx-E-Stix happens to be my fiancée, but that is unimportant as of this comment, just random tidbit stuff I guess.
I’m just so happy you like her content! Thank you so much for the support. We both truly appreciate it. She just recently came across your comment, so I apologize that this is sudden and random. Have a great night whenever you see this. c:
It’s a good fic. She’s one of my favorite underrated writers.

It could be taken the way you worded your original comment, as rude, espicially when you started off with “Ooooh, the sweet butthurt of Dazzlings fans!”.
Where was I being rude? I didn’t insult anybody in here O_0
Dammit.
Sight or site? :p
This site could stand to use some attitude control.
Just add a few of these in some good locations…

So am I.
Rainbow Dash is appalled by the site of this drama.
Like me, You could stand to improve your attitude, but otherwise you’re on point. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth it getting angry about fiction at all, instead, I think people should give calm and logical criticisms, which unfortunately is rare.
It’s easier to dismiss this because it’s not part of the main series, right? And as such you, apparently, are surprised that people would react like this when it’s not clearly canon, right? Is that the part you’re struggling with?
Ponder this; if it’s not canon, if it holds no bearing over the show, its characters, or anything else, why does it exist at all?
The most likely answer is to squeeze more pennies out of people that would buy anything with MLP logos on it, but that’s not the first one that comes to mind for everyone, and even seeing something like this in the context of pure fanfiction would probably draw a similar result, because it’s despicably antithetical to the entire premise of the show, presented as perfectly fine.
If you still don’t understand that, I have to think you’re just not paying attention.
Furthermore (and correct me if you meant something else), you seem to think that reactions to Starlight Glimmer (I’m guessing you mean the ones calling for more punishment directed her way if you’re calling it hypocritical, from which I infer that you mean the opposite to the reaction here) are from the exact same people that would defend the sirens. This is itself a pretty irrational blanket statement, because even if there is overlap there, hearing one group say one thing and another group say another thing and thinking of it as either or both being inconsistent makes no sense. No one part of the fandom speaks for all the rest.
Pretty hypocritical for someone that takes issue with people ‘putting words in their mouth,’ actually.
