I think you actually could kill someone by leaving them upside-down for an hour… Too much blood pressure in the head, when all your veins are built to push blood up, not to keep it down. The pressure could lead to bain-things like an anneurysm.
 
Not a death sentence per sae, but pretty darn dangerous, I think?…

The first few minutes aren’t boring, but the rest of that hour probably is.

After the battle they did hang Pinkie. She was tied up and left hanging in a tree for an hour. It was embarrassing and really boring. But such is the harshness of frontier justice.

I don’t think she deserves to be hanged for it, though, which is typically what “war crime” comes to mean. I mean, Nazi Concentration Camp workers, Saddam Hussein… Pinkie Pie? :p
 
Okay, it was meant as a joke, I know, but it still brings up the interesting moral conundrum of intent versus what actually happened. Because based off of intent, she should’ve been showered with all the love Neville Chamberlain was…
 
Based off of result… Well, I don’t think you can put her to death for inciting a big food fight of pies.
