You’re the delusional one, I said she’s only been in the same episode with him 2-3 times. She’s only had 4 episodes this season, and every time she and Spike are in the same episode together, it’s usually during “special occasions” like the baby’s Crystalling celebration or Hearth’s Warming Eve. They’re never in the same episode together when it’s about something else. And yeah, I do like shipping them, so STFU if you got a problem with it.

Spike pretty much got “Tom Sawyered”.

Honestly, I do wish Starlight would appear more in the show, not even having a speaking role just be in the background. Because honestly it feels like she doesn’t exist when the episode isn’t about her.
 
I suspect that that’s what they’re doing now, and they’ll include her more in the next season instead of just forcing her into the main cast all of a sudden

Honestly, how often have any of the characters ever cared for Spike’s actual talents?
 
None, they only bemoan when he CAN’T do something and just overlook what he CAN do.
 
So naturally he’d be thrilled to show off to someone who he think’s is interested, especially if he gets to do so via example.
