I really don’t mind that this official game is terrible or not, and the evil Gameloft’s plan of money scamming the players doesn’t affect me. XD  
In other words, I need to play it smart and offensively to overcome the problems, and it’s fun though. XD

I generally don’t cheat to play terrible games. I just don’t play them. Because they’re terrible.

I’m also playing on the Amazon version. My Code is: 0da7d.

Got all ingredients for the set the “normal” way with less than 40 gems. Which means ultimately 25 gems for a cool pinkie pie costume.
 
Also I play the Amazon Underground version of the game, which means gems aren’t THAT hard to come by despite playing fair. :)
 
EDIT: 3 random ingredients only cost 1 gem in the Amazon Underground version, not 5 like in the original version (which means there wasn’t really luck involved to get all three bowties).

The Gameloft game is a badly-designed piece of crap designed to scam people out of their money? Just like we’ve known since it first went on sale?
 
Maybe if people STOP PLAYING IT that won’t be such a problem.
