Yes. The chin is high and set against a long neck, nevermind that it is square. The proportions are more important. Then factor in the lips, mouth, eyes, and so on, and the result is more trans-sexual than metro-sexual. Which may have been the intention, in which case fine, but if not it bears pointing out. There is a rather pronounced difference between a man acting and dressing like a woman and a man who is narcissist or obsessive about his appearance - the crux being that the latter will try and accentuate male secondary sexual characteristics, the former will try to conceal them. For example: maintaining an obsessively manicured beard versus being clean-shaven and wearing lipstick to distract from any stubble.
A little too feminized, I think…
Blueblood is definitely a dandy or what we’d call a “metrosexual” today, but his character design is also very buff rather than thin, so contrast with Trenderhoof (had to look that one up, forgot the name). It is also part of the character to have a very masculine appearance played with a comparatively effete personality/sensibility. It is comedic, like a huge muscular guy being afraid of a spider is funnier than a little guy doing the same, you see?

That chin looks effeminate to you?
