Yes - Rarity and Trixie’s plastic models are basically interchangeable except for the paint.
And, because of how they were originally created in Flash, almost all of the ponies are identical when you reach the skin (except for a few exceptions, for example Cadence, Fleur de Lis and Luna are the same body which is different than normal ponies)
It’s only through the genius of the ability of the animating team and the writers and voice actors that we are able to see them as discrete characters.
