When you think about it, she was in that bush for a long time. The moment she was “born” after the ritual was stopped she was there, in that bush with no memories of who she was, for the rest of the night and a whole day while there was a storm coming in.
 
No wonder she’s an emotional mess.

I like this picture because it sets up Nyx as a character. It shows how young she is. She can be scared, she can get hurt. Even when she’s Nightmare Moon, she isn’t invincible, she nearly dies. Jussonic’s fanfics which tie into Past Sins(a little bit into the G1 series as well what with Tirek) do the same thing.
