I think it disappears not only after 15 minutes but also if you were logged out between posting the comment and attempting to edit it. I have this weird issue where I am constantly logged out and “remember me” option just won’t work, that’s how I noticed this.
There’s no need to if to just vulgarity, only if it’s used in a sexual way
After 15 minutes the edit button disappears and the only way to edit it is to report the comment and say that you want it edited/deleted
