It was named Clitoria for a reason…

Thanks! It in fact is based on an actual plant, Clitoria ternatea, whose blooms are usually a bright blue but also comes in white and (rarely) pink.
That petal(?) cutiemark is very beautiful.

I remember the story most fondly (you might be aware that I posted a teaser bit for what could be a fanwrit sequel sequence or something), but have been keeping out too. I always wanted to do a show-style group pic of all ponies in the story but gathering refs for them is a pain. Btw if you’d like some feedback on your epic, feel free to PM me. I have some thoughts ready.
I wonder if anyone else even remembers that story by now.
