The character designs are too 2010s for it to really look plausible and the proportions make it look more like an audio cassette but the color fading and logo crowding is very authentic.

Wow, this is pretty darn impressive! But if you want to improve it a bit:  
  1. The proportions are wrong (the label isn’t tall enough; VHS tapes are more rectangular)  
  2. The Running Time should be 44 minutes (a standard VHS tape at SP speed holds 2 hours but 1 hour tapes for things like this did exist).

    It would still work but the sound would actually be better (the VHS format audio track was so narrow that the mono sound was barely adequate and splitting it into 2 stereo tracks made it worse, even with Dolby Noise Reduction; that was why they developed VHS Hi-Fi sound which was incorporated into the video track later).
