In general, the camp looks wonderful.
Probably “in risk of closing down” is less “basically has no budget” or “no quality” and more “has an annoyingly high propensity towards dead campers” (well, alright, maybe not that either.)
Well, the premise does say the camp needs saving from being closed. On the other hand, this might be just an inconspicuously looking impermeable fabric. :P
