Eh, I’m sure yoga doesn’t always work the same for everybody. Like, I was relaxed and my legs felt better. But my shoulders were still about as sore as before and my arms and legs did go numb trying to hold some of those poses. I’d never even done yoga before, either. It probably takes multiple sessions and some getting used to before it really starts working best for you. Some of the more complex poses may not even be best for everyone. And don’t put yourself down. Yoga still isn’t going to be for 100% of the people on Earth.
But at the very least, simple stretches and especially meditation is going to be beneficial for most people. In the end, meeting and learning about Ingrid is still the best part of it all.
That’s exactly what everyone else said after the session…and there I was listening to all that feeling confused and bothered because it did nothing for me; in fact it just gave me a headache, as if it took a lot out of me. The only reason it was fun at all was because it was Ingrid teaching it.
It makes me feel inadequate that I don’t seem to get the same benefits everyone else does from it. Am I that out of shape?

Yeah, we all looked like goofs compared to her, of course. But it actually helped relieve the tension and pain in my legs from walking around the con all day! Quite an experience.
I had a feeling this pic was related to Ingrid’s yoga profession. I went to her yoga class panel in Ponycon NYC. Difficult but fun.
I believe that is just some perspective with Maud’s right leg.
