Cadance, Blueblood and Shining Armor could actualy be a very interesting and dynamic character trio to have in the show or in a fanfic. As foals they could’ve been the usual trio of dutiful boyscout-ish boy, bad boy and the peacemaker girl between the two.

I’d like to think they’re siblings that just rip on each other constantly in private but in front of Celestia and Luna act civil. Or as civil as BB can be.

Blueblood has got have one hell of an inferiority complex. Even if Cadance isn’t God-Tier like their aunts, it’s got to be hard knowing that he’ll never measure up to her.
