Yeah, I’m too cheap for Photoshop. My way is really long and convoluted, but it works for me.

I usually use photoshop when making gifs but this time I had to use an online gif maker that didn’t use a pesky watermark.
I might give your way a try till I can get photoshop again o3o

I actually use several things. I use VLC to grab screens, FastStone Image Viewer to shrink and convert them, and unfreez to put it all together.
First and foremost, however, is that I almost never use TV rips when making GIFs. I usually wait for the iTunes upload or, in this case, the Netflix leak.
