There is absolutely no sure-proof indication of that. You can only reasonably take things at face value. It’s even using the marijuana tag. And given how people can behave in the brony fandom, and on this site, it’s not at all surprising at least a few people might come to this crazy conclusion that a young girl in a children’s cartoon is growing marijuana, just like how such people expect under-age teenage girls in a children’s cartoon to be gay and having sex with each other.
