We don’t hear her, but its clearly shown Vinyl’s talking to Flutters here.
I wouldn’t care if Jessi voiced her or not. It would be totally awesome and I would fall off my chair at the sheer awesomeness of it if she dix, but I cant help but feel that thats probably the reason why Vinyl hasnt gotten a voice yet. It probably gives the studio the impression thatbecause the fandom wont accept anyone but Nowack, Vinyl wont get a voice. :(
I personally wanted her to be mute because how awesome would a mute musician be?
But often what you want to be is not what the show does.
Otherwise it would be pretty cool if for the very last episode to feature Vinyl Scratch actually has Jessi Nowack guest voice acting as Vinyl and she goes full non stop blabbering about in show pony nonsense. XD

That makes perfect sense you cannot argue with it.
I hoped she wouldnt be made mute because of fans wanting nobody but Jessi Nowack to voice her. :( I dont know if Vinyl will ever officially get a voice because of this.
