Sorry. There’s kind of a lot going on. The COIN forces just KO’d one of the heroes, but overall the heroes are dominating. It’s time for the villains to make their last stand. Thundersnow Tizzy takes a moment to taunt Night Cap (and passively aggressively make fun of her boss’ name-dropping speeches) before it all goes down.
I’ll readily admit I had no idea what I was doing with most of these. This is a comic adaptation of a D&D style pony campaign. Most of the dialog in this comic is verbatim, but I had to guess on all the characters’ mannerisms. And I was just learning to draw what I started, so there was a lot I didn’t know.
Fortunately, we’re almost done with chapter 1 here. I’m going to try to get through as much as I can tomorrow. Then we get to chapter 2, which is a huge step up. Both in the campaign and with my comic, season 2 is when we really figured out what we were doing and it turned into something surprisingly good.
Why yes, I am a fan of Invader Zim. The GM’s intention here was that Tizzy was making fun of her boss’ speeches, but I reintrpreted the line as a bit of Buffyspeak.
