It is not a game, nor will be anything close to a game for some time. Even the developers tell you it’s very, very early.
 
Currently the only “gameplay” you’ve got is clicking the ground to remove/replace the grass. The other thing you can do is walk around and chat. It’s a fancy chat room that lets you run around as a pony of your choosing.
 
It’s rather inventive and funny some of the memes and fads that get going in there. When you can’t do much, people get creative.

Eh, some folk like the simple things in life :)
