‘Drew this for a good friend of mine and drew it about half a year ago. There was a Luna counter to this, but the friend I drew this for lost it and something happened to it that wasn’t of her doing. I’m not upset about it, but I wish my friend wasn’t sad about it. Anyway, I’d like to believe I’ve made some slight progress (even though I haven’t) and maybe I’ll do a digital version of this too ^///’!I would like to especially thank anyone who favorites this particular piece, given its inspiration and creation history. Sue to what doctors assume to be permanent tendon sheath damage in my hands, I’m very limited on what artistic mediums I can use and duration of such. I drew this particular piece for a friend of mine on a “good day” of that pain and it was one of the only times I’ve drawn anything in weeks because of the pain, so art was a rare thing for me.It was given to a dear friend of mine, connecting with her based on our mutual love for the show. Now that I have started digital, using a stylus and method that doesn’t make the pain worse, I can draw again. As many artists may agree, I would rather go without food again than go without being able to express myself through art again.This drawing has so much appreciation from its owner as it does from me of being able to push through the pain to create something that made her so happy.So once again, thank you, to each and every one of you, who favorite this piece. It means a lot to both of us.
