Oh…I thought she was full-grown mare Rarity and Sweetie Belle had just regressed into a baby. My mistake, they both look cute either way.
But there’s nothing odd here. Just filly Rarity holding her baby sister.
Given that it’s effect on each pony is different, it’s fair to say that swollen/disfigued body parts, hair growth, voice change and shrinking aren’t the only things they’re capable of inflicting onto a pony. Basically, any time something odd like this happens to anyone outside of the Mane 6 in fanart, I’ll immediately pin the blame on poison joke.
Why poison joke?
