In this picture, Rarity is a Nav’ , also known as a “Mavka” or a “Navka”. The Nav’ is a kind of Rusalka, female spirits in Slavic and Ukrainian mythology who are associated with water.
 
The Nav’ is a water spirit who represents a girl who dies an expected death, and she seduces young men so that she may kill them by “tickling”.
