I don’t know. If she does possibly have this mental disorder. (Speaking of it as simply head canon, as I’m sure the writers would not seriously go this direction with the character. If they do, I’ll be both impressed and slightly disturbed.) She could possibly not mean anymore real harm to them, but because she knows that she is now in alliance with some of the most powerful ponies in the land. And, just wants to keep this gig up for that selfish reason. Of course, this wouldn’t make her any less prone to harm them, due to her socially skewed actions.
