I honestly don’t know where you are going with most of your reply until you get to “Timeline C would”.

Its all about quantum dimensions i.e. theoretical dimensions. Its completely irrellevent to the topic at hand. Xenoverse deals more with that stuff, not the actual series.

Of course everything in Timeline Prime happened; just because there was divergence at a certain point doesn’t mean its not part of the timeline. Before 4 years before the androids show up, all 5 timelines were one.

Bulma obviously invented the time machine so Timeline A and Timeline Prime are linked to avoid creating infinite alternate universes, just one. That way Trunks could travel back and forth. Timeline C was going to be Timeline Prime(and B was going to remain A), but soon-to-be-Perfect-Cell B altered that when he broke the link to Timeline C when he traveled 4 years before the androids, even farther then Future Trunks traveled. Not only did that effect Timeline Prime’s fate, it also effected Timeline A’s when Bulma called Future Trunks about another time machine, an event that didn’t happen to him in timeline C, and thus, altered Trunk’s timeline A when he returned. (Cell himself plays a huge part, but you get the point)

What happened in Timeline C is vague, only that the remote was successfully created to stop the androids in Timeline C, and destroy the androids in Timeline B. The residents of Universe C never see Universe B Future Trunks again because his neck was broken.

This would not likely effect Majin Buu’s revival in the slightest in timeline C, with the exception of them all being less prepared for such a monster. That’s not saying they would lose, but still. The jury’s still out on Gohan C, raised to adulthood by his mother and father. Cell would of eventually surfaced in the sub-basement, but without the androids, he would likely been outclassed by that time even if they never used the hyperbolic time chamber in Timeline C. Super Saiyan 2 or Super Saiyan 3 are not a prerequisite for the normal red SSG, so as long as Goten and Pan are born, Beerus C might still get a vision of SSG.

There is this thing: I have a theory that EVERYTHING that happend in “Timeline Prime” happend, because there would be no alternative without a boring story or a bad ending.

If Roshi’s Mafuba worked on King Piccolo, there would be no Piccolo Jr. and without him Goku would not have a chance against Raditz.
If Raditz was defeated without Goku dying aswell, there would be no rest of the Sayian Saga and no Namek Saga and in the end the Android or Cell would win. Or Piccolo, beacuse then he would stil be evil.
Timeline C would be very similare to a timeline where Goku didn’t died against Cell. No Android 18, no Fusion Dance, probably no Majin Vegeta and because of that also no Majin Buu. No Buu = Pudding for Beerus = No SSG.

Yeah, pretty much.

Cell B’s link to the universe was a dimension where he snaps Trunk’s neck and travels a year before Frieza returns, resulting in him becoming perfect and dying, resulting in Cell A being defeated by a stronger version of Trunks, and Cell Prime got destroyed as a fetus. Nobody knows what happened with Cell C, or anybody from Timeline C, only that the andriods were destroyed by the Z warriors, and Cell didn’t showed up, and Trunks went back from Timeline C to Timeline B only to get his neck snapped.

Timeline A is Future Trunk’s timeline, Timeline B is Perfect Cell’s timeline, Timeline Prime is the present timeline, and Timeline C is the otherwise meaningless dimension neck-snapped Future Trunks returned from. A and B are in the post apocalyptic future, and C and Prime are in the present.

In comparison…

||
Zamasu Black comes from new dimension D where Zamasu learns about Goku in the near future being the strongest mortal from the Kai’s, so he kills his master, wishes to switch bodies with Goku, and then uses the time ring to travel instantly to Universe A(since the time machine was first used there), where he recruits Zamasu A who wishes to become immortal. Zamasu D and Zamasu A are the villains, with Zamasu D(Black) doing what Perfect Cell B. Timeline Prime gets rewritten when Future Trunks goes back in time after Black starts destroying everything. After defeating Frieza, apparently the time machine is permanently linked the Dimension Prime.

Meanwhile, Zamasu Prime gets caught red handed and gets annihilated, as we see above. ||

So yeah, in both situations, there are 3 Cells and 3 Zamasu’s that are present and accounted for.

I think they made something similare in the Android Saga with Cell.
Cell came from a future, where Trunks traveld back in time, helped the Z-Fighters defeat the androids (with no Cell around), came back to his future and defeated his androids. Cell later came, killed Trunks and traveled to another past to absorb the androids there.
